Music Portal with XML RSS feeds

Project Description:
We need a developer to take a web site which in it's graphic form is almost finished, (based on a template) then with server scripts (or what ever is the best way) display two rss feeds on the site as html in some sort of list. The html will need to be modified some what to make everything work, and I can provide what that will look like. Like a top 20 list from the rss feed and also a news section from another rss feed. We would also like the home page to display an area where people can post comments to one another sort like a blog.The site is going to be served via Mac OS X but perl and php is available also java can run if need be. MYSQL is running on the machine as well. Contact me for more details. The simpler and more elegant of a solution the better! We want to get this project finished as soon as possible.
