  We are ready to pick a programmer, for this work, so if you havent made a post of examples, or stuff that you can do for us then please do so on the next 3 hrs, by then we will be picking the programmer to start work on our site.

  Okay here is a change to the whole design site.
  
  We have since found out that our graphic guy can no longer, assist us in the design of our site, he has however given us some details that he was working, but they are only jpg images of what the site would of looked like.
  
  Now as you can see we are a multi-gaming community, and with that would like to be able to upgrade to different games, with the minimum of fuss and bother.
  
  Forums, we would like to keep, only maybe to have one that gives a gaming feel, if anyone is capable of doing themes, if not we are more than happy to stay with our current themes.
  
  Download Site
  
  Downloads are an important side to online gaming, and currently the only way we are able to put downloads up, are via ftp, and then filling out an online form, which means we are limited to who we can allow access to upload files. What we would like is for anyone who signs up to the download site, to be able to upload the file themselves, fill out the form, and then the file, and details, would then be put in a queue for a moderator, to check out the file, before approving it for inclusion on the site, this would also have to include the ability to change any descriptions, catergorys chosen etc.
  
  Main Site
  
  We would like to see the site developed in such as way that there are still main sub-divisions within the games, and that the main site would include all general gaming news, like our store front, irc details, and the all other manner of things, some which will be on the main games site too.

  within the game site you will see that each game has stats etc, and some games would have different sections, to assist with the game etc, so when designing, it would be great if the designer/programmer, put into place, a design that was easily able to take more links etc, and navigation was simple yet classy to look at.

  This is a place where players can go and sign up for matches, and then match arrangers can post matches, and every member of each game gets emailed the details, and they can then go and select if they are available or not.
  
  Content Management System
  
  At the moment everything is done having to use tags like , but we would like the ability for someone without html knowledge the ability to add news and stuff without having to worry about adding a line etc, so what he types he see, the same, with adding a picture, we want it easy to change everything from font colour to size etc.
  
  there will be many other little things invlolved that wont be priced, and we are aware of this and are able to make sacrifices to pay extra for the nicities.
  
  At the same time, we will be looking for someone, to work alongside us as the community grows, thus needing more upgrades, etc, there is scope for more work, in the near future as more and more online games come out.
  
  Also all this work is to be unbranded, ie no advertising footer etc.

  While new to this specific freelancer board, I encourage you to review the other board we use and our own corporate site. Too, you can contact any of our clients to see the level of work we have done for them as well as their satisfaction. I would love to know if you go with the one saying that they could have your site fully redesigned and completed in 2 days, just to see exactly how that could be feasible with any level of quality.
