Hello,
I am interested in this project, but before bidding I have a few questions:
1) Will this script only need to allow the user to upload images onto the server, if they have account access?
2) Will it need to handle account creation and payment gateway processing?
3) Will accounts have hard drive space limits, if so will this need to be implemented using PHP?
4) Will this need a Admin center, if so what will the admin center need?
I can also provide a small development plan along with my bid.
