that will connect to outlook and outlook express address books, read the list of emails and will send them to a web site, at which it will be available for usage (for sending emails online)

i have made an anti spam application in which i used the code to extract email addresses from outlook express.(those would be whitelist).
I can offer you the same code for 125$ which will extract emails from OE.
