I need someone to do
1) decorate it by light weight graphics for banner buttons and icons for home page, search results,.
2) search engine Optimisation and promotion.

It is all already running with asp/CSS

I need light weight graphics for decorating the site.
No ASP or scripting required all is done
need to have professional touch
and get traffic with via SEO.
Please revise bids accordingly, it is not a full sire design but some touch up and advice to add some contents so as to have best search engine listing.
