Project Description:

I need a ASP.NET website using VB.NET that connects to a back-end MS Access database. It will be used to track physical fitness scores for pushups/situps/run/swim, body fat measurements, and medical waivers. Examples pages include: enter member, enter body measurements, enter fitness scores. It will also need canned and ad hoc reporting capabilities. The Access database is mostly complete and normalized already. I would like both client side validation in Javascript as well as .NET server validation. I've attached the start of a very basic database dictionary and requirements document. There is no rush on this project.
