A personal Web Design Exchange to handle my own web design projects and outsource them to freelance web designers who sign up at my website and get their own mini space to upload their projects.

1) Member Management - Sign up for freelance web designers/Graphic Designers only

2) Forgot password retrieval

3) Facility to post projects to specific freelancers via ADMIN.

4) Message center...mini inbox where I can send updates/messages to individual freelancers

5) Freelancers get their own sub domain automatically created on sign up
ie freelancername.mywebsite.com I need to approve them after sign up in the admin center

6) Feature for freelancers to create ADD/EDIT/DELETE projects and upload their files in those folders under their sub domain
i.e freelancername.mywebsite.com/projectXYZ

7) All those freelancer folders need to be protected from search spiders

8) REPORT CREATION - They must be able to have a start date..progress report ..end date kind of report which must be generated and sent to me on the day THE PROJECT DEADLINE expires or 2 days before it etc..

9) Facility for admin to also manually ADD/DELETE/MODIFY or manage users

10) Limitation of bandwidth usage in freelancers space/ and destructive files..they must be allowed only to upload common files like .swf , html , and other program based files..no exes .

11) Facility to make payment to the users via online payment system www.ikobo.com THEY have a php integration feature (service works like paypal)

Please throughly visualize the project and then make offers.

***** Let me know how can I also include the features for web developers..so if I get database projects..even they can be run online by freelancers..for this they wil need auto file permissions , mysql database creation using phpadmin etc

********PLEASE REMEMBER - The project needs to be totally automated..my intervention comes only to approve freelancers . email them , etc In simple words make it self working..and less burden on me
