There are almost five levels with different power of authority.
As we start from the lower level:
1)Guest - On entering the website you simply are allowed to visit
general static links.
2)Student - Each student has been alloted a login and a password
When a student enters his control panel he get the facility to
veiw his homework,remarks given to him, he can go for chat box( works internally),
Internal mail box(active only for the registered users of this perticular website),
Online tutor through which he posts his problems to teachers to get the solution,
online forum for the teachers and parents, students workshop(this link make the
student authorized to upload his creations like poems, articles, jokes etc on the
website but these things are displayed only after approval of the teachers or
administrators and some other links like funcenter-list of wallpaper,
screensaver and other fun items etc.
3)Teachers - they have the control panel through which they can add home work
for the students,add remarks for individual students , enter the chat box,
use internal mail,add articles,approve students work etc.
4)Sub-admin - This catagory has all the powers that a teacher is having and
the additional powers are they can edit and add News ticker on the home page,
Add edit the news scroll on the home page, register new students and teachers,
upload files in .xls,.doc,.pdf etc format in the download section given in the
website, Manage the poll section by adding new poll questions or editing the
current one,Can admin the chat box by adding new rooms, monitoring the users,
deleting the nonsence users,specifying the no. of users for each room,
Add/edit wants for the jobs section in the website,Manage complete photogallery
section by adding the catagories and batch uploading the images for that
catagory etc.
Above all they can add, edit or delete the contents of all the static pages
that are being displayed on the website with the help of wysiwg HTML editor.
5)Admin - he has all the powers of the above described catagories and
additionally he can admin the work of all the sub admins and he can assign
the level of power to a registered member.

Note: All the sections that are being edited by the subadmins and admin
are using the wysiwg HTML editor.
