Hi There,
Before I start, we are not ready to do this quite yet, but when we are...

The job consists of updating an already exisiting MySql database which currently has 3 forms. (The database will be viewable to you when the job is ready to do) The current forms are at http://www.ukmhl.com/forms/form.html and the new form (example only) is at http://www.ukmhl.com/New%20Design/Form.shtml. (Hit the answer YES to the question °Have you had credit problems in the last 6 years ?)

Whats required is the inclusion of my forms (14 single applicant plus 14 joint applicant) into the MySql database and obvious code tweak of my forms with a autoresponse email which includes their name and a form processing page i.e. http://www.ukmhl.com/forms/process.htm which also includes their name on submission.

The forms will need highlights when information is missing i.e. http://etips.dummies.com/ (just hit submit) but I would like the highlight to appear at each missing section. There aint that many if these.

The database has the following
'Type of Mortgage' 'Surname' 'Time/Date' ' Print' 'View' 'Delete'.
We currently have to view and print each item one at a time and would love to able to print all items in the database each day and then also delete all items in the database each day all at once.

I will welcome advice as to making a efficient system.

    1) Verify the form(s) are completed in full.

    1a) If the user did not complete the forms than return the form(s) highlighted as required.

    1b) If the user completed the form(s) correctly go onto step 2

    2) Store the information into a database.

    3) Send a confirmation e-mail to the user.
