The face lift is easy as your sites very basic. Including a fully interactive learning system which posts results to both you and the users, could be implemented.
A fully interactive web sign up process should also be utilized rather than a pop up window on exit, and the sites design can be phenomenal compared to what it is. As far as the full results of what we can provide you we will need to know what your servers running and what is avilable on it.
For ranking we would actually outsource this to a very good and top ranking source in the Search Engine placement field as its nearly impossible to give you good results that your looking for with indirect keywords linking to your site without doing this. Meaning that your not coming up first with your name as its obviouly going to do that. But rather indirect words that simply relate your services to what an individual is searching for. Its a tricky game but we can definately give you what you need as opposed to the cheapest thing you can find. In all things remember this, you get what you pay for and thats the bottom line.
