One reason to get internet access from Qatar Telecom is because it has been recognized by the Institute of Chartered Accountants in England and Wales (ICAEW) as an approved employer - an honor that it shares with another telecom company. However, if you want to 3G services you may have to wait because Qatar Telecom has not seen significant interest from the Pakistani market for advanced communication services.
