I am a property developer.

I would like to make a feature of the stairs which connect the ground floor to the first floor of a semi-detached house.

I would like for a structural engineer to design a CANTILEVER staircase to replace the existing staircase.

The design has to be in accordance with UK Building Standards / Building Regulations (http://www.planningportal.gov.uk/buildingregulations/).
