Draw a Flat Plan in Autocad

I need an Autocad plan of an appartement i have made very basic visio draft and i have hand write quotation on this plan and space in square metter of each zone i need this plan to be understandable to an architect with quotations etc ... this is a very small flat (40m2) this is a very fast job for someone / student with knowledge deliver in pdf A4 and autocad (we have remove a wall in this flat and need 2 versions on with wall the other without wall i need this in meter /cm and in possible french or english words i need this very fast and my budget for this job is 30$
