Exterior Elevations of A Double Storey Bungalow / House

Project Description:
Dear All,

I'm building a house and currently on designing the house plan stage. You can find the CAD file of the floor plan in the attachment. Here is the project introduction. This is only the introduction, PLEASE READ THE PROJECT DETAIL FILE INCLUDED INSIDE THE ATTACHMENT NAMED Project_Details.pdf.

This is an urgent project, I need it done on Friday, 3rd May 2012 the latest.

1. PROJECT BACKGROUND
This floor plan was created based on my client’s requirements (the overall shape, number of rooms etc). It was drafted by a draughtsman based on those requirements with little considerations on engineering aspect as well as the overall exterior elevations. I am looking for an experience architect to develop the elevation plans based on this floor plan. Should you think some parts of the floor plan make it impossible to create working exterior elevations, please suggest the needed modifications to the floor plan.

(a) Communications
• I’m looking for an easy-to-approach person with good communications in English. He/She must be available on Skype for further discussions and feedbacks.

(b) Deliverables (Latest submission date is on Friday, 3rd May 2012)
1. Original AutoCAD file of the elevations.
2. Photos of each elevation plan (front elevation, rear elevation, right elevation, left elevation and roof plan) in .jpg file.
3. Digitally coloured photos of each elevation in .jpg file (Not compulsory but it is a bonus if you can do this).
