Hi all,
I have heard people talk about this website, posting my second project today.
I am looking for an architect to design my new house. I am thinking a 25,000 sqft house over 2.5 floors. I have the land survey done and I will provide the Autocad file to the winner. You will be required to provide the following:
As many concepts as required until my satisfaction (with basic 3D views). I will discuss the preferred style and my likings with you before we proceed with this.
As many plan layouts as required until my satisfaction.
Drawings for approval as per local guidelines. I hope I can provide you with the handbook.
Complete construction drawings with construction details.
If all goes well I would want you to work on the interiors of this project in a few months so proficiency in interior design is an advantage though not necessary for this stage. Looking forward to hear from some promising free souls.
