Project Description:
We renovate existing older homes and bring them up to current design standards. We are looking for a space designer to work with on existing floor plans and redesign them to open concept, possible add on suite washrooms or additional bedrooms etc. One we have reviewed and approved we would like the home 3d rendered. We renovate approx 20 houses per year so need the right individual.
