View Plan For A Bungalow / House

Dear All, I'm building my on house and currently on designing the house plan stage. I already have my own floor plan and looking for a person to draw the View Plan (Front, Rear and Sides). You can find the CAD file of the floor plan in the attachment. ::SUBMISSION REQUREMENTS:: a. 2 sets of different plans must be submitted. b. Submission must in AutoCAD format. c. I require only view plans (NOT working drawings). d. Option to have at least two modifications without additional cost to me. ::HOUSE FEATURES:: a. Given floor plan must be used. Modifications to the floor plan should you think must be made to make the house look better are allowable subject to my approval. b. Ground-to-floor elevation is one and half feet. c. Floor-to-ceiling elevation is twelve feet. d. NO gutter. e. Modern-style windows. f. Overall 'grand' design ::ADDITIONAL GUIDELINES:: a. The bungalow design must suits Asian-style design (FYI I'm living in Malaysia). Here are two websites from Thailand that have that kind of 'Asian' designs.
