Project Description:
Would like to update exterior of our 8 unit condo building in Florida........we are near beach so it has to be able to withstand salt air.. The building is a block building with a layer of cement over it that is painted now with some aluminum siding on it too, looks old and dated. would like to change color and replace the aluminum with something else. Maybe some very modern out of the box coverings and something new to the entrance areas. Simple ideas that don't cost too much for us. Also the areas around the building need updated, plantings and ground covering. Want it to be very modern with great style but simple too.
