Council set-backs are 6m from the north (front) and 4m from the east (side), 2m from each of the south and west side boundaries. Maximum building height allowed is 8.5m. Entry from either the north or east is acceptable. Would prefer outdoor living to be at the south. Both the north and east facades are visible from the street so should have street appeal. Family consists of two parents and two children (5yrs & 2yrs). Hot climate requires good ventilation and eco-design concepts.
