Project Description:
We have a 40 year old traditional house at Mavelikkara near Alleppey,Kerala. It had got 8 big rooms including kitchen with a veranda and an attached bathroom.Since we have a lot of nostalgic feelings associated with this house, we would like to renovate and re model with the latest ideas as well as meet our needs. The home is situated in a land of 55 cents which has got a 30 meter long * 3.5 width road connecting with the main road .Our idea is to provide a face lift for our ancestral hose by utilizing the existing space to make it look spacious, elite,rich and traditional is the key objective behind this project. We are looking for the innovative ,passionate people with their best designs. We are based at Chandigarh (UT) and one of us will be coming to Kerala on 4th of February and would like to discuss and finalise this dream of ours.We are planing for the project execution in February. Freshers and upcoming talented architects and even the older lots with their budding ideas are invited.
