my company www.ibr.co.il do 3d architecture render, exterior and interior
as for big expention in our work, we need best proffesional only freelancers, for making part of work (modeling part) , rendering work (see sample)
or freelancers that can do both modeling and rendering fast and good.
for modeling part, we need proffetionals (architects and ingineeres are wellcome) that can read architectual plans like:
development (ground, roads, sidewalks)
floors plan
cuts and elevations, and can make acurate model in minimum time (2-4 days) and with as less erors as can be, we aim to 0% error
(ofcource if all information in plans are enough)
i will not accept errors like doing
i need 3 prices from the relevant freelancer:
1. price per image, usually 3-5 images per project (high qualty as in image only- not less, including plants and light effect)
2. price for modeling (3 sizes, small, medium, big)
3. one price for all
