Marketing to wedding service providers

I am starting a wedding website in the US and need to find wedding service providers who want to be linked/advertised on the site. My first focus is the New York and I need to generate a list of budget-middle priced wedding service providers in the following areas: - photography/videography - music & entertainment - decorations (eg candleabras, place cards, centerpieces) - car hire/transport - flowers - beauty and makeup - wedding planners - invitations and bonbonnieres - cakes - bridal wear and groom attire - catering - venues and marquees The site is aimed at promoting small to medium wedding businesses and also individuals who provide the above services (eg individuals who advertise on craigslist like photographers and videographers etc). Each list must contain all the businesses that appear in yellow pages for New York, craigslist and also that appear on other wedding sites relating to New York as we want to crreate large lists to market to. The list should be in excel format, detailing the category of the service provider (as per the headings above) and the name, address, phone number and email address for each service provider, and a link to the service providers website (if applicable). . After the list is generated I will then need you to send emails (which I will prepare) to all the companies asking them to subscribe to my site. Please provide me with a quote for preparing these lists and then sending out the blast email.
