I need about 50 to 100 different QUALITY IP addresses from San Francisco. Instead of buying premium proxies at $2 each, I was thinking of setting up a Windows server located in San Francisco that has dynamic IP. So that I can change my IP address anytime I want. I need to be able to Remote Desktop Connect to this windows server so that I can work using that server.
So I need someone that is able to help me set this up.
Also, if you have a better method to get 50 to 100 QUALITY different IP/proxy, let me know. All the free IP/proxies out there doesn't seem to be good.
