we have a huge mailing list, all subscribed and clean. We need a mailing server set up and serviced/managed on a monthly basis.

We no longer wish to use high cost off the shelf services.

We need similar reports etc to mainstream/off shelf services

Server size and usage will be required to send 1 million to 6 million emails a month
