Project Description:
Looking for someone that can help me develop a full business and financial plan for an online startup similar to mybuilder.com/tradefinder.ca. An online marketplace for consumers/home renovators and licensed tradespeople/builders. The startup will be based in Toronto and focuses on the Canadian market. Plan must be well written and concise. Assumptions for the financial forecast should be realistic and justified. I don’t want any forecasts based on percentage assumptions such as if 0.005% of the population buys/subscribes, I will make this much money blah blah. I want a reasonable viable strategy with realistic actions/numbers/goals (Ex. call/email/visit a # number of prospective clients/subscribers per day and an estimation as to how many people will respond favourably to the service and subscribe and also how we arrived at this estimation). Familiarity/experience with web development highly preferred.
