Project Description:
I am seeking a freelance consultant to prepare a business plan (offering memorandum) for a new nutraceutical company. The consultant's primary responsibilities will be performing the necessary product, industry, competitive, and financial research, and then drafting the final document.
We are able to provide: 1) a document outline, 2) some completed narrative, 3) examples of other business plans we like, and 4) lists of competing products / competitors to help in your research. Additionally, there are several annual reports available online that you can use to help draft the document.
My primary concern is the research and narrative portion of the document. I am interested in seeing your financial projections, models, or templates, but we will also be doing this in house so a detailed analysis is not necessary.
To be considered, please submit examples of previous business plans or offering memorandums you have created.
