Project Description:
Utah Mortgage Lender looking to create a business plan/proposal to take over existing mortgage business from residential construction company. Currently the builder we're going after does their mortgage origination for buyers of their homes in house. As the industry has become increasingly regulated and difficult to control every aspect we want to create a plan to take that business over from the builder.
1) MBA or Ph.D. highly preferred.
2) Knowledge of construction and or mortgage industries is a plus.
3) Proven track record writing business plans a must.
4) Exceptional quantitative skills, financial modeling background, and
impeccable writing skills a must.
