Work outline:
A sytem to store data:
Plug in USB chip: program starts,
A welcome screen - set password.
When you open the program, it will say welcome, with nice graphics.
ASk you to set your password for the program, and to confirm it.
ASk for main email address for lost passwords. If lost - it will send an email to the address with the password.
Next -> Continue, takes you to a nice form, asking about details, forms etc.
The form fields will be provided.
Form types are:
Standard text fields,
Upload Picture.
upload documents in to a document tab.
Record video, will detect and use available usb camera to record video onto the sub drive.
Top left of every page - always show available space.
Backup / restore.
Backup button, that exports all data on to computer in an encrypted file.
Import button that will load the entire file and wipe everything on the usb drive.
Update service,
Check for updates button. Once pressed this will connect to our server -> check for the version number and update the software with out deleting any data.
Ability to create new pages, and add own fields to new pages:
Create new TAB button, this will create a new page with a new tab, at the top to view. (Enter name for new tab)
Add new field:
Type,
text field,
input box,
Upload field,
multiple upload field.( select many docs/files or photos) once uploaded - takes you to edit screen to edit titles - IE swfuploader system etc.
