I am looking for an experienced programmer who is capable of creating a small IP server testing program compatible with windows.

The software is a simple IP sever testing tool and I also have an example of a similar program. PM for website link etc.

    I can create an IP server easily, but are you looking for something like a web server? An example of such programs is Apache.
