06/09/2007 at 14:43 EDT:we want this application to use simple hr as base solution but you can develop this application from scratch if you wish. we want this application to have all functions of simplehr plus all functions outlined in zip file questions.
payroll module is also needed and function of payroll are outlined in zip file.
we will need desktop version and web version but web version only needs to implement simple functions or functions that will not compromise security.
we prefer oracle rdbms and j2ee but .net and microsoft sql server 2005 can be offers as a solution also
