I need a website designed that can be cloned after 81x.com as a model.

I also need the program created that will build the webpages. See 81x.com for details.

I would imagine that there should be a number of different templates setup and then the website creator would help people fill in the text, images, etc. for their site.

This site should have all the features and functionality of 81x.com
