Xtreemtop100 Vote bot C++ 150-200 plus bonus(with terms)

Project Description:
We require an automatic voting bot to vote for us on Xtreme Top 100.
It must be able to vote "X" amount of times every hour and each vote much be from a different IP. Proxies will be a must. The bot will need to be able to bypass captcha. I require the ability to load proxies from a file or database and let it go through all the proxies, successfully voting once or more per hour.

Any form of bot is sufficient as long as it is functional and undetectable.

Bonus for the maker if this project works well and leads to success.
