My Web site is being built to sell software products. Would like the ability to offer a $5.00 per sale commission (make variable) for links pointing to my site. Program needs to allow for registration by link builders (or anyone) on my site and ability to keep track of incoming information and sales generated with a downloadable database.
Need to make the process very easy and simple for builders (or anyone) to be able to use site and make links.
would like the ability to pay registrars at a given time period (each month, etc) manually or automatically.
Needs to show sales relating to the links, show contact information, how many purchases were made relating to the links, etc
Need ability for Link builder to register on my site and be given a auto-generated code number and link information. Would also like for site viewers to be able to manually input a code number and generate the commission based on the person assigned to that code number (for ads that do not have links such as a flyer).
Would like the ability give a discount to purchasers who use the links.
This is the idea of what is needed but may not be an all inclusive listing of what is needed since I do not have experience with this type of project.

I am sure that there are already programs out there that do this sort of thing and am willing to use them. Your bid is to supply the program and ensure proper installation and functionality. This may include assisting in designing the necesary web pages to accomplish the tasks and designing and installing link information and writing information on how to install them, etc... on my site.

Payment will be loaded into escrow once winning bidder has proven that they can do the job.
Payment is completed once the project is finished and fully functional.
Bidder agrees that I must be fully satisfied that my needs are met before project is completed.
