GPRS (BlueTooth) Mobile Phone Dialer

Hi, Coders Application input: list of cellular phone numbers -------------- +7705*******1 +7707*******2 +7705*******3 +7705*******3 +7705*******3 Application output: cellular phone number | answer type ---------------------------------------- +7705*******1 | busy tone +7707*******2 | call tone* (means number is in use) +7705*******3 | cell operator autoanswer (length: 20 seconds) +7705*******3 | cell operator autoanswer (length: 12 seconds) +7705*******3 | cell operator autoanswer (length: 20 seconds) * - if you recieve call tone, no need to wait until an owner will answer, just hang up. The application will be used to check the state of cellular phone numbers, is it in use or not. Not sure if it is possible to get what autoanswerer robot is talking, but maybe it is possible to get length of autoanswerer message. I see it as BlueTooth, COM port application, using any popular type of cellular phone. (SE w850i preffered) Any other suggestions are welcomed. Simple application view picture attached.
