Project Description:
A dialer solution that will work with Magic Jack or a program that interfaces with the existing "out of the box" Magic Jack Dialer to provide these requirements.
Requirements:
1. When the microsoft clip board receives a string that appears to be a phone number (ctr+C copy), it dials the number.
(Currently we are manually pasting the number into the magic jack dialer.)
2. A "play button" somewhere that plays an audio file into the phone line.
3. The ability to designate that audio file (MP3 or WAV) we want to play (rather than a file being hard coded into the application.)
We have a LAN line dialer now that uses a voice modem which kicks calls off via copy to clip board. Our web based CRM does the copy through JavaScript when the user pulls up a contact. We are just missing the ability to leave a pre-recorded voice mail message if the telemarketing agent gets a voice mail (and to cut out the "paste" step we are currently doing.)
