I think you are aware of craigslist. I need a software which will flag ads on it. If you are not aware of how it works .. let me know I will send you how it works. You can check this site to get an idea : http://www.craigsflagger.com/. I want similar stuff in a software.
What I need: If I put a link for flagging it will keep flagging the ad by changing proxies. It should have Spam, Prohibited and Miscategorized options for removing. Best of will be a good add on though not needed. Once the ad is down I will close it. The software should show how many flags as well. The proxy adding should be simple. The software can be done in C++ or VB or any language you think is suitable. I want the software to be able to run multiple instances in the same system. Let me know if you can do it. I prefer C++ as its very effective.
I need the program to work with WINDOWS OS. Look forward to your bids. If this one is done within a day or two more projects to follow and you will be handling all my software projects from there on.
