Request: Google Chrome Theme Manager

Main Details: A theme manager for Googles Chrome browser which will allows users to install a skin in seconds without having to move default.dll around.

Other Details: Allows you to view the author and various other details before installing.

A program for this has already been made:

But i want the program to be re-made for me, but with a better look.

My reason for the program to be created is so that i can have my website banner placed on the software, so when clicked it directs to my website.

Once bidder is chosen, i will forward my banner and website url.
