We want to integrate OUTLOOK with our ERP business software that we are using. The database is MS SQL 2000/2005. We need several MS Outlook COM add-ins.
Stored Procedures and views will be written by us, so there is no need for knowing the database structure and functions, and there will be no posting and writing of data to the database. (only View-s)
Similar like Microsoft Dynamics CRM 3.0 for Outlook clients we need a plugin, that will be accessible from MS Outlook 2003. The Project will be in 4 stages.
1.) Implementing view-s for showing company information from the ERP (All contacts information)
2.) Implementing view-s of documents (orders, invoices, form of delivery)
3.) Implementing accounting information (payments, open accounts,..)
4.) Implementing reminders to Outlook, generating them from ERP
All the COM add-ins must use an internal table from the ERP (stored procedure T/F in MS SQL) where the Authorizating for individual users will be made directly from the ERP, so all those COM add-ins must use those functions, so there can be selective applied individualy.
