Project Description:
This access database is for a research program
I have included a page/form mapping (Visio) to give some insight into the pages/forms that will be needed for the database. I will provide an excel spreadsheet to the winner with all the fields for each of the different tables to be created.
We would like the database to have forms where information for all the following information
- Offender Information
-Case Information
-Case/Exit case close information
-Victim Data
-Reporting
There will be several reports that will need to be generated from the information on the information mentioned above. I will provide the list of information that should be on the different reports. We will need the ability to export the reports to excel for analysis
Also the ability to generate the reports by quarter, annually or by date range
- Ability to back up the database
-Ability to update certain information that will be found on the drop down from the tables mentioned above
- Ability to add new records to each of the tables.
-Ability to have multiple offenders on one case
-Ability to have multiple victims on one case
-Ability to have multiple volunteers on one case
-Ability to track hours volunteers have spend on a case
These are some of the requirements for the project. I will provide a spreadsheet that will detail out a complete list of features that it will have once we are in agreement.
Payment
Payment will be made via GAF using paypal as soon as the database has been tested as complete. I am also willing to negotiate an additional $40 agreement/contract for provider to provide support on any issues that might come up after the project has been completed Until April next year payable if I contact the provider for any issues that might come up with the database.
