Lots of mobile devices have fixed-focus cameras (e.g. iPhone 2G/3G). Images taken with them usually blurred/noisy, so libraries like ZXing and ZBar doesn't work for them. I need a working algorithm for decoding most of barcodes taken with such cameras. I'm interested in decoding only 1D barcodes (UPC/EAN formats). I'd like to get a code ready for usage on iPhone (Cocoa/Objective C), but any C/C++ implementation is also accepted. The code should be fast enough for working on mobile platforms.
