Project Description:
Looking to have a "Stock Market" system designed for my forum, www.sc2designers.net/forum
For each post on the forum, you get "minerals". I want the forum users to be able to buy "stocks" with this ore on the stock market page. Each stock will be themed with the game, and will be effected by randomized natural disasters. I.e. "Earthquakes on Char, Char Vespene Gas Down 30 dollars"
This program will have to run constantly and generate different results every time a set interval passes based on certain circumstances, such as the natural disaster, new businesses, business acquisitions, wars, battles, planet take overs, etc etc, all fictional events.
There would need to be a stock ticker for up to the minute events. The whole thing should model a real life stock market. It will need to run in the background and drive a php interfaced stock market ticker.
All of the stock markets events, prices and stocks should be able to be adjusted, added or deleted by an administrator.
Good English skills are needed to communicate with me on how it should look, and various functions.
