I need a developer to create an iphone application to view slideshows of pictures with a soundtrack playing in the background. The application itself will likely need the data stored in a SQLite DB. The type of data to be stored in the app consists of:
- about 20 individual mono audio tracks about 2.5 hours long (max)
i.e 20 audio topics. Format can be .mp3, .aac, .mp4, etc..
- about 20 sets of .png graphics (the slides for the topics). Each set of slides will contain about 20-30 .png pictures each having a 960x640 size. Format can be .png, etc..
Rewinding or fast forwarding the presentation currently playing using the finger slider control (see schema.gif) and syncing to the current slide would be required (i.e if they skipped to 2h:35m in the current topic it would sync up with the correct slide. This would need a running counter of the slides). The timing will be variable. i.e slide 1 would be showing at the beginning of the topic, then slide 2 will be shown 45sec into the topic then slide 3 will be shown 154sec into the topic all the way up to the last slide for the topic which might be 10810secs into the topic (3 hrs, 10sec). The timing for the slides can be hard coded into the application.
Would take a proficient developer 8-12 hours (1-2 days) to design and debug/test thoroughly. You can decide to put on AppStore yourself (and I will pay for a copy along with potential millions of other AppStore users) or I can buy all rights/code and I will publish myself on AppStore. My budget is $120-150 USD maximum to get it how I want in the schema.gif file.
The attached schema.gif shows the functionality required re: single tapping and double tapping. As you can see the application is not very complex for an experienced programmer. I will require the Xcode source for the project because I will have to create similar applications. Do not worry about getting the program into the appstore or distribution issues. I will only need the Xcode source and I will sort out the Adhoc/Enterprise deployment issues with Apple.
