Administrator Application - Client Server file transfer - No notification

Hi guys, I would like a very very basic file transfer application with client and server. I would like for the Client to have Very simple GUI to explore file system of remote host and send/receive files without prompting user. My network has 20 hosts but the hosts changing everyday with new PC that's why i do not want to install any file transfer program ( WINSCP etc ) It is much quicker if i just have executable and when i execute on remote PC it opens connection for me to send and receive files. This is extremely basic programming and all the source code is publicly available, I think it would use winsock library im not sure. But it is very simple and i expect to be finished within 30 minutes to 1 hour. Basically all i am asking you to do is compile a ready made source for me, This is not custom application i just do not know how to find the correct source. I will definitely not pay more than 60 dollars for this as it is so simple.
