Thank you for inviting me to bid on this project. My delivery time is longer than others because I am already working on two other projects, and would work on this at the same time. I would also like to have the time to document and test my code before releasing it to you. I have many years experience in custom unbreakable crypto systems, but have not entered the bitcoin scene because of their inherent design flaws. However, I am happy to write C code to generate 512-bit SHA-3 coins for you. My bid cannot include premining coins, as this is processor intensive and open-ended. You didn't say how many would be premined. I have my own wolf cluster parallel computing platform which could be used but that would require developing additional software to churn out coins. I run various cryptocoin mining pools and help maintain several coin projects, including Birdcoin and Octocoin. I have moderate C++ skills but the experience necessary to build, troubleshoot, test, and finally deploy a new cryptocoin, as well as set up pools. If you have a VPS host I can set up a personal mining pool to go with your new coin as well. I have detailed notes to guide me through every step of the entire process, I make extensive notes along the routes of all my development activities in order to minimize mistakes made in the process that can hold up production or cause frustration. I have the capability to build Windows PC and Linux client wallet applications, I can also set up the DNS seed node if needed, which makes things easier when the network is in its infancy. There are also a few different options for difficulty adjustment settings that can be implemented, I don't know what your level of understanding of cryptocurrencies is, but difficulty algorithms are very important. Too aggressive and miners will lose interest fast, too lax and the coin is very easy to mine, and has no value.
