I need a C/C++ program that would monitor all existing serial connected devices and output sent/received ASCII content into a file or submitted to email..
REQUIREMENTS:
All existing freeware or shareware solutions I found online and tried failed to accomplish what I want.. They either cause sharing violation or break the existing connection devicesoftware ..
So software would have to jump in and out from already ESTABLISHED connection without breaking it or causing read/write and other sharing violations..
Only solution that is said to work(but not tested) is "ELTIMA Serial port monitor ActiveX control".. So in case you decide to use their drivers, please note that my price offer must include those expenses as well because there is no much work left after that...
Software should work without needing an additional dependencies such as .NET framework etc. ... if possible..
Regarding email sending of grabbed data, it should support gmail, so you can either use your own programmed TLS libraries or use some public C/C++ libraries for handling sending email to TLS enabled smtp servers..
There are few minor details needed to be implemented but I will mention that once I accept the bid..

Programmer needs to have appropriate testing environment where he can conclude that some other existing freeware or shareware solutions break connection or cause sharing violations, while his/her program would not do the same...
