198297 Search-Bot Auto-Reply App

I need an "auto-reply" search bot application built for searching an online classifieds website. These are the features it must have: 1. Ability to search for keywords and key phrases in online postings within a specific section (FOR SALE>CARS) of a classified ad website for. I do not want an application that searches all categories or all cities. 2. The application must accurately target and search for specific keywords and key phrases in the search category (e.g.: USA>NTC>FOR SALE>CARS) every 3-5 minutes. 3. Once the application finds a posting or ad that matches the keyword criteria, a command will be executed to send a reply email from a web-based (YahooMail) or desktop-based (Outlook) email account to the anonymous email address provided on the ad posting. The reply email will contain a standard text message with my contact info along with a copy of the original listing in the email body. The email should be CC'd to a seperate (but consistent) email address that I will specify (all emails will essentially be copied to a 3rd email address). 4. There must be a basic interface for the application so that I can modify the keywords and phrases that it will use when searching. I need to control what words will be searched an which categories will be searched. 5. I must be able to run the same application with two different search criterias and different reply messages. For example, I need to be able to simultaneously run one command for LA>FOR SALE>CARS (keywords ABC) and one for SF>FOR SALE>CARS (keywords XYZ). 6. The application must be Windows / Internet Explorer compatible. 7. This is NOT a spam program. This is an auto-reply program that will alleviate manual searches on an online classified website to facilitate more efficient communication with sellers. This application MUST adhere to anti-spam agreements. 8. You must be willing to sign a binding contract that includes an NDA and terms for making the code and application property of my company.
