Firmware development for microcontroller (ATMEGA8A-PU), PCB Layout & Bill of Materials FOr Solar Powered DC motor operation.
There are 2 parts of the circuit -
A) DC Motor speed control - PWM based speed regulation (3 steps), Motor soft start, High current cut off, low battery cut off.
B) Solar Charge controller - PWM Charger, with 3 stage charging of Lead-Acid battery. (upto 2A current).
