The files you need are attached/ Description In this assignment you will make a simplified version of Pacman. Use the sample Allegro project and write a game program that shows: A Map with visible paths (different colours) A Player Character (with a bitmap shape) A series of food items on the path (with a bitmap shape) A series of Non-Player Characters (with a bitmap shape) Move the player character at an initial direction and with a fixed speed but keep it on the path (blocked if necessary). Allow the player to change the direction of character using arrow keys. Change the shape of player character depending on direction. Move NPCs in random directions and with random speed, and make them bounce back when hitting the sides. Pick up food items if player is close enough (your judgment on how close is good). Add score and remove the food items if picked up by the player. Show score on screen. End the game if all food items are picked up or the player is hit by an NPC. Use any map and path you want. You must use a GameObject structure, and proper functions for drawing and erasing shapes and detecting collision. Do not use AllegroX functions. Remove the line for including ??AllegroX.h?? from your main source file and only include Allegro.h. Submission Submit your source file (or a zip file with your source files if more than one) through WebCT. Do not submit the whole project.
