Looking for a programmer/team with very good experience in coding (please see skills required below) as well as ability to create excellent graphics. Since this is very rare to find in one programmer, I'm looking for a team that works in tandem and works efficiently and effectively together to develop the following app:
An app that allows users to create customized collages using photos.
