Hello, people, I have an project for you.
I already have this software, but I need new software written.
Preferred language is Java, so can be ran on Linux, but doesn't matter really as long as is good.
I already have an program, which votes and makes the votes perfectly, although, I need it to read my PHP API that I made and monitor for jobs needed to be done 24/7.
For now it only needs to be done to vote on these websites:

http://top100arena.com
Later more websites will be needed.
It needs to solve the captcha's, I prefer either antigate.com or deathbycaptcha.com API, you can offer an captcha API for me if you know an cheaper/better one, I'd be grateful.
It needs to be multi-threaded, auto-detect proxy protocol, auto refresh proxies either by time(seconds) or when proxies run out, also it needs to detect if the proxies were used already for voting for that server ID within 24 hours, to not waste captcha solver credits.
Must disguise browser and have an option to enter an referrer.
It must support many orders at once(different websites). Must be stable. Must have an feature to "maintain rank" on the toplist.
A loop checks for new jobs by API or can add manually by program.
